Susitna Suites

Very comfortable and cozy cabin. Beds were very comfortable and the hosts were great. One of our guests is handicapped and we needed a lowtop table instead of a high top table. Our host, Kyle and his wife brought a new table and chairs to our unit to accommodate. They even brought us a big pot we needed to make chili. Great experience, will stay again.

Everything was wonderful! The only thing that we would suggest are some new pots and pans. Very clean and spacious. The in-floor heating is super nice as well!

We loved this rental! It was very clean, beautiful decorated, peaceful neighborhood, comfortable beds, nice large kitchen, had everything we needed in it for a wonderful weekend away. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

When my family of five flew in from Texas, we needed a place to recoup over night and everywhere else was reserved— or not accommodating for three of our kids. After a quick search, Susitna Estates came to our rescue! The booking process was simple and hassle free. Every transaction conducted went through fast and response time was immediate! The hosts reached out fast to make sure we were properly accommodated (no unnecessary stumbling blocks here!). When we arrived, the place was clean and spotless! No off smells or strange markings on the walls! The lighting in the structure was perfect in every room and even included night lights for the kids. Dishes were put away and clean. They even had complementary waters—cold in the fridge, tea and coffee to boot for the morning! Not that typical hotel crap! Actual Kureg and coffee pot with actual tea bags and coffee cups! Creamers and the whole chebang! The bathtub was clean and the restroom had no odors indicating prolonged use. The water pressure was fantastic and just right! Whether you're a bath or shower individual, you will like this feature here. Hot and Cold function worked accordingly. (It was sub zero temps outside, this was a life saver!) There were two TVs in the structure. One in the living room for us parents, and the other in the kids room. It was awesome turning on night tunes for the kiddos for sleep time! Everything you can think of in terms of streaming apps was available on BOTH TV units. The children were cranky at first, but Susitna Estates helped them relax a little, and enjoy the stay. The bed sheets were fantastic and clean! The beds were properly made and the mattress firmness was perfect. Not too soft or stiff. The laundry units in the structure worked great! Complementary Tide Pods provided by Susitna Estates, and we couldn't be happier about it! Conclusion: Susitna Estates has been an amazing experience in our travels, and we can't recommend them enough! Definitely book with them next time you're in Alaska. You will NOT be disappointed!

I had a great week at the Susitna Suites. The check-in and check-out process was easy, requests were handled quickly, and they were very flexible with my requests. The inside of the suite was very clean and well-kept, and had everything I could need for my stay.

The home was very well laid out and spacious! We enjoyed having a full kitchen and laundry in the unit. Beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. Perfect little cottage for a week's stay. We would definitely stay again! The only downside we saw was it was a little far from stores, but we had anticipated that - the privacy was nice.

Needed to stay night in Wasilla for a family member. I was shocked to see how beautifully taken care of. Very nice & clean would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The place was perfect!!! Check in was easy. The host is very responsive. The house was very clean, Beds are very comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with everything needed if you decide to stay in rather than eat out. Convenient to everything in Wasilla. Quiet country setting. Definitely recommend to anyone wishing to visit the area. The only thing I might suggest is a standard sized Ironing Board, and better hangers. Other than that you can't go wrong with this place.
